Directed for Caetsu Two, this campaign for Toyota Portugal introduced the Toyota Relax guarantee — up to 10 years of coverage — not just for new customers, but for all Toyota owners. The creative challenge was to distil a complex message for completely different audiences into 30 seconds, leading to a single unifying idea: good news that extends to everyone. The campaign rolled out across multiple media channels.
